This is by far one of the brightest collars that we have and it's super fun. We use it ourselves on our own 2 dogs and it keeps them well light up and safe when walking on the roads in the dark.
There is no ring for a lead so it's only designed for light. We use it in conjunction with their normal collar or their harnesses.
